Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 500 euros is required at the time of booking. If the booking amount does not exceed 500 euros, the full amount is due in advance.

If you need to cancel your holiday, we regret this very much. Please inform us promptly in such a case. There is no right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Code.
The following cancellation conditions apply:

• From booking until 30 days before arrival: free of charge. The deposit will be refunded minus a handling fee of 40.00 euros.
• From 29 days to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total price.
• From 14 days to 3 days before arrival: 70% of the total price.
• From 2 days up to the day of arrival: 100% of the total price.
• In case of late arrival, early departure, or no-show, we will charge 100% of the booked stay.
  Cancellation costs are calculated based on the total price.

These cancellation conditions are independent of whether the cancelled rooms are re-let in whole or in part. The same applies in case of early departure.
Cancellations will only be accepted in writing. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance, because in any case the normal cancellation conditions apply.
